Individual Therapy

What to expect:

My first goal in therapy is to gain a deep understanding of who you are and where you want to be. I strive to make sessions collaborative so that clients have a sense of safety and control in the pacing and outcome of therapy. It is important to me that each session feels productive and meaningful. This could be gaining new insight, developing better coping skills, or processing difficult emotions. I am always open to feedback to ensure that this space is what you need it to be. Together, we can ensure that each session is impactful and carries over into positive changes outside the therapy room.
